The guest room I was given was complete with the bathroom, laptop or phone, as example. I thoroughly enjoyed the nice design here. Location: the hotel was right by London, the town center and Croydon. I tried some drinks at bar The Treehouse, located 5 minutes walk away. I've had a fantastic stay for wedding.

The location was convenient for my work meetings, making everything easy to access. I appreciated the clean room and the attentiveness of the staff, which made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a highlight with a varied selection that was served promptly. some common areas could use a bit of maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

A very small room and far too bright at night to be able to sleep.

A Disappointing Experience Overall
Staying here was a letdown, with filthy rooms and unhelpful staff. The location is decent, but don't expect any comforts. Avoid at all costs unless you have to stay. A bright spot was the handful of local eateries nearby that offered better dining options than the on-site facilities.

The location was fairly good, close to restaurants and bars.
The cleanliness was poor, had to request a change of room due to my first room smelling of damp. Wifi didnt work at all. Cooked breakfast of average standard. Having said all this didnt pay a very high price so it was never going to be the ritz.

Very clean room, off-road parking, and super central location make it a solid choice for a quick stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the room, although requires updating, I did find it comfortable. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast, and did not eat any on the second morning of my stay.
The cooked breakfast, bathroom requires updating.
